At Target Mart Rotterdam, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products according to the policy below.

14-Day Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may request either a replacement or a refund.

After informing us that you wish to return your order, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.

Return Conditions

• The item must be returned within 14 days after notifying us.
• The product should be in its original condition whenever possible.
• Products that are damaged due to improper use or poor packaging may be subject to a deduction in the refund amount.
• You are only responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Our team will provide you with return instructions.
3. Pack the product securely in a suitable shipping box.
4. Include your order number inside the package.
5. Send the parcel to the return address below.
6. After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Items Not Eligible For Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, refunds or exchanges cannot be accepted for opened or used:

• Skin Care Products
• Cosmetics
• Personal Care Products
• Food & Grocery Items
• Products with broken safety seals

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Target Mart Rotterdam does not charge any additional handling fee for processing returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
